How much, is *too much* information when writing an academic reinstatement letter?

This was 10 years ago? I do not think you need to be reinstated; I think you just need to re-apply. And pretty much all that above is way too much--it is ancient history. Ten years have elapsed, you have CC credits etc. You should be applying anew as a transfer student. Talk to the CC career adviser.
