Received a dui in ohio, but licensed in texas?

I was pulled over in ohio and convicted in ohio, spent 3 days in jail court cost and fines and i believe a 675 dollar reinstatement fee, my license was also suspended, or so i though for 6 months by ohio. So here's my issue now texas wants to pull some double jeopardy on my *** and take my license for 3 months and fine me with a compliance fee of 1000 a yr for 3 yrs. Last time i checked I was found guilty in ohio not texas and I only received 1 dui not 2 but definitely being punished for 2. Any advice on how to beat the charges from texas would be much appericated, and if your just going to answer with something like this ( u did the crime do the time) save yourself some time and dont answer cause i paid the fines in ohio I should not owe twice.
