I got my drivers license suspened like 3 years ago because i had just bought a car and?

i got pulled over and they gave me a ticket for no registration but it was a weekend and your supposed to get like 72 hours before you have to register a car and the ticket was 200 dollars and i never paid it cuz i dont think i should have to but anyway my license got suspended and i need it for work so i know kinda how to get it back but i mean do i have to pay that ticket first to get it back or just the reinstatement fee?
