F1 reinstatement help?

am former Trivalley university student i transferred to another university and got admission into it and i got my terminated sevis to my new university. from there i applied for reinstatement for my student status and got a receipt as a proof of my application received.the processing time is alomst 2.5 months as shown in uscis website but i havent heard any thing from uscis since 2 month.mean while i got an NTA from ice as my sevis was not reinstated.some of my frns are getting RFE(request for evidence).but am not getting any update ragarding my case.can any one suggest me and help me out in getting my sevis reinstated.do my sevis get reinstated or denied?
