Licnese suspended? i wont to reinstate?

ok well i had my lincense suspended for 3 months due to not paying a ticket for driving with no issurance im in the state of illinois well my reinstatement fee was only $100 well my 3months are up and im planning to pay the fee tomorrow morning how long will it take for my lincense to be valid?? will i have too get sr22?
