The only 2 things that have any relevance in that whole thing are that you have been gone a year and you have attended another school. You need to include what your GPA was in the other school and a SHORT explanation of what you are doing to insure you will be successful in school this time. They will not read or care about all the rest of the nonsense you have put in the letter.
