Why was my friend banned from Yahoo! Answers for asking how to set a password on his router?

A friend of mine made a post on here asking how to set a password to his router. a few hours later his access to Yahoo! Answers was banned. He e-mailed the admins and they rejected his request to reinstate his access. They said that they reviewed the case and he was ineligible for reinstatement...why is this?
