Why hasn't Obama ordered the resignation of New York Democrat Weiner, Representative Weiner of Weener Gate?

Weener Gate is in full swing (as in Swinging Democrat Dick's). Obama has been Hush over Weener Gate and it's Weener of the Day, NY Rep Weiner. Why is Silence is Golden for Weiner ?, when Obama ordered the resignation of War Hero and Decorated Army Ranger, General Mc Chrystal. Is Obama hesitating, because this time, a fellow Democrat's/Dick is on the Chopping Block. Only Weener Gate can tell.
