Suspended Virgina License, living in Colorado?

long story! I lived in VA and got into an accident no other vehicles were involved just spun out and wrecked my car. The Towing Company took my car and told me to contact the owner to talk to him, since I had no money to pay for the fees. i could never get a hold of him and my license ended up getting suspended as a result of never settling the matter. I check with the Department of Motor Vehicles and the said I now have to get an SR-22 and pay a reinstatement fee to get my license back. I live in Colorado now and am wondering if i can settle the matter from here or if there's and anything I can do to get my license back as soon as possible. Any help is appreciated! thanks in advance!
