If the noticed you received is an eviction from the sheriff's office, then there really isn't anything you can do except move your stuff out, move it to a storage space if you must. An eviction notice means the sheriff will show up and start taking your stuff out to the curb. The second thing I'd do is contact others who have been affected like this and start calling bank regulator, public service commissioner any one in a state office who might be able to help and then I'd also call federal offices someone ought to have control over regulating these bums.
