Do they remove my arrest warrent if i pay a reinstatement fee?

i failed to show up to traffic court and got an arrest warrant issued against me, then i called the court moved my court haering until 2012 and paid a reinstatement fee of $10. but i don't know if that removes my arrest warrant. help!!
